By guiding the breath is specific patterns, breathwork can help reduce stress, increase energy levels, improve sleep, promote mental clarity, improve athletic performance and promote a sense of calm amongst other things.
Breathwork aims to connect individuals with their inner selves, improve self-awareness and facilitate healing whilst supporting overall health. Whether practised in a group setting or one on one, breathwork offers a powerful tool for personal growth and overall wellness.
